Ancient lovely house next the sea ( 400 meters ) , immersed in the greenery of the garden of secular olive trees and pines, with flowers and the Mediterranean vegetation around. We are inside a vast private property slightly in height with a view of the sea.
It can be reached easily from a paved road to the house. The Viola house is perfect for those who want a relaxing, rejuvenating holiday, away from the chaos, in total immersion in silence and nature.
The house is perfectly equipped, with a hair dryer, towels and linen.
It is a typical Sardinian house, with white walls and terracotta floors, with small antique tiles and wooden furniture. The quality of the beds is excellent, with orthopedic mattresses.
The beds are 5/7, divided into three bedrooms. There is a room on the ground floor, with air conditioning, and two in the attic. The house is furnished in country style and even the exteriors are equipped with all the comforts, both in the veranda protected from the summer sun with the large white cotton tents, with table and living room to eat in the open air looking at the sea. Under the larger olive tree another table, in front of a barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven.
Parking can be either inside the garden or outside, the entire property of 5000 square meters surrounding the house is at your disposal.
The charming, cozy living room has a table for six people, satellite TV and a corner sofa for relaxation, and you will also find books to read in different languages.
The kitchen is well equipped: fridge, electric oven, stove with four gas burners, microwaves, moka of different sizes, but also an American coffee maker.
Guides, maps, but also cookbooks, etc. are available to guests.

Summary: The house is fantastic, lots of space, beautifully decorated and contained everthing we needed. The family are very freindly and generous. Everything worked out perfectly, I can reccomend this house very warmly. It was a pleasure to be in that house - the location is also very very good, quite and far away from any hustle and bustle of a town.

Summary: "Very friendly and helpful owners! The house is spacey (3 bedrooms with good mattresses, large kitchen) and clean. Most windows are stuffed with mosquito nets. The kitchen is perfectly outfitted. And most importantly for us: we enjoyed the peaceful location during our stay in october with beautiful weather, nearby small sandy beaches and little San Antioco which is a 15 minutes drive away. Summary: We appreciated the most, the exceptionaly calm environment, the location close to the sea, nice area for walking along the rocky coast and of course the beautiful blue house. Owners are particularly kind, friendly and hospitable. We enjoyed a lot the stay, the welcoming gift and the home made olive oil. Regarding equipment, "nice to have" would have been mosquito nets in the windows. Thanks again to Valeria & Giancarlo.
