Positive: Location. Walking distance to hospital.

Negative: Could do with a bit of an update. Bed wasn’t really comfortable. Air con being at lowest temp with full fan didn’t really cool the room.

Summary: For what it cost it was passable, location close to hospitals was excellent.

Positive: Breakfast was worth paying for, lot on offer. Location being so close to the Royal Children's Hospital where we needed to go was great, especially for the price.

Negative: Lack of smoking areas inside the hotel was a down side but unfortunately a lot of places are like that these days.

Positive: Staff were amazing and friendly. Food was beautiful! Venue easily accessible from Royal Melbourne hospital and vice versa.

Negative: Air con in rooms, although worked well, was a little disappointing for our family as we enjoy a breeze through the room into the beds from fans or reverse cycle
