Summary: The room was clean, but areas getting to the room are looking tired and the carpets are hanging on by a thread! Perfect for one night for a Grand Prix visit. Very close to the tram line.

Summary: Needed a good revamp Air Conditioner not working properly. It was very warm in room said air con set at 19 but it was more like 28 very warm and uncomfortable. Cold water tap on hand basin did not work unless you turned on Fawcett under the basin if let on tap kept running. Power Point were few and by bed you had to get down on your knees as they were on one side under the side table . Staff were friendly though.

Summary: The buffet wasn’t worth the money, the bread was stale and they cook up the hot food ie bacon, so if your in a rush I wouldn’t recommend, Our room want the best, the tv didn’t work, the lights flicked on and off in the bathroom
