Positive: It's a charming house with character. We stayed in the Deluxe room which is very large. Breakfast is basic cereal and toast and is included in the price

Negative: All the windows in the house were kept closed. It would have been good to have some fresher air. We did open the windows in our room. There is on-site parking but not much room to turn, so it's a longish reverse to get out.
