Summary: The room was spotless, warm, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast menu was excellent and the food very good. Tracey and Kevin are great hosts. All in all a very good stay.

Summary: Great b&b in a very central location within Ambleside. The room was immaculate with a modern En-suite. My wife and I had a great time and Kevin and Tracey were the perfect hosts. Will be coming again.

Summary: Whereas I have had serious issues with my previous lodging during this trip (Kendal, Windermere), this place is hands down the most wonderful site. Clean. Comfortable. Great breakfast. Accommodating storage needs. Firm and hot shower with new fixtures. Quiet. Great bed and clean sheets. Clean carpet throughout the guest home. Hosts are knowledgable and friendly.
