Here you will find a generous open-plan living space with a hand-made curved kitchen… it's ‘wow' from the moment you walk in. The symphony of thick, rustic boards, cast iron radiators, rough painted stone walls and modern hi-tech luxury works well. Amidst soaring beams is a little viewing window and French doors opening onto the decking outside. Carry out a breakfast tray with coffee and breathe in the views over farmland and towards the sea which are seriously beautiful! Breakfasts will never be the same again. Or dine at the large table in the open-plan space and then retreat to the comfy pastel coloured armchairs. The galley kitchen is close to hand, well-lit and equipped it has everything you'll need to refuel rampaging offspring and their parents.

Summary: Amazing property - a beautifully restored wind and water mill in a lovely location. Three generations in the family plus our wonderful grandog had a grat time- 2 years to 65! Everything from kitchen / beds / showers / baths were just perfect. Cannot recommend highly ennough.

Summary: Excellent, a fun place to stay. Plenty of space and full of character . The weather was not brilliant, so it was great to have plenty of space to do things as a family. Lovely location, great views and nothing seemed to be more than 30 minutes away. Lovely beaches nearby and great walks. The train station at Ty Croes was very handy. A few minor things did not work properly but nothing major. One bonus was that there was a barbecue there, despite all the information saying there wasn't.
