Suitability - All accommodation is on the ground floor. There is an open pond in the garden so children should be supervised at all times. The garden itself is enclosed but is not secure.

Summary: property was well located. bed was comfortable, fairly clean though bathroom window and ceiling light appear to be dirty. carpet in main room looked worn and the conservatory needed updating. kitchen was well equipped and clean.
