Positive: The house was beautiful. Comfy, spacious and had everything we needed. Lovely walks nearby. Staff were lovely.
Negative: The water was brown, and my little boy became sick from drinking it once. The changing facilities at the pool area were poor. Very little space for bigger families. The restaurant was only open Tuesday-Saturday, and since we travelled Sunday-Wednesday, we only got to use this the once and had to travel 35 minutes for takeaway on the other nights.
Summary: It was good, but lack of facilities near by

Positive: The location, it was beautiful.
Negative: The facilities were not available as often as we’d like. For example, check in was 4pm, and I got a message to say it would be 5pm as it was busy. Our children were so excited to use the pool, but last entry was 4pm - this is counterintuitive to a 4pm check in.

Positive: The standard of accommodation was very high and well suited to a cosy winter atmosphere. There was also an attached garden that would also suit when summer arrives.
Negative: There is a single track track road approach for a mile or so but in this region it should not be entirely unexpected.
