4 Bedroom Villa in Bol

New Villa Brac built in the traditional Mediterranean style with a beautiful view of the sea and Island Hvar with a large swimming pool 30m2, one inside kitchen, one summer kitchen on the terrace, grill, cascade garden with Mediterranean plants and a car parking. The nature of the environment is fascinating, you have complete privacy because you are surrounded only with olive trees, pine trees and vineyards. Villa Brac is consists of three double bedrooms, one gallery bedroom with two single bed, living room, two bathrooms and a kitchen in the house and another summer kitchen on the north terrace with dinning area. It is ideal for families or a group of friends.
Located in a quiet area a few minutes walk from the famous Zlatni Rat beach and other small beaches that are along the coast from the house to the Bol center.
Zlatni Rat beach is 900 meter from us... 15 minute walk. Restaurants, cafes, bars, and entertainment and sports facilities are located near the Zlatni Rat beach and the town of Bol.
At the ground floor we have bedrooms no1 and no2 and bathroom with separate entrance. On the first floor we have bedroom no3, living room, one gallery bedroom with two single beds, bathroom and kitchen. Stairs that connect two floors are open stairs outside of the house.

Summary: This is a lovely place to stay in an excellent location, 8 of us were easily accommodated - the pool was a real hit with everyone especially the teenagers! Good location, quiet and lovely views, and within walking distance to the beach. Highly recommended!

Summary: Very well appointed house, everything was top operationally; its site on a coastal hill in Brac, and near Bol, overlooking the islands in the Adriatic was magical and readily provided many choices of activities --beach going at Zlatni Rat and a cluster of small beaches 10 minutes away; hiking on the mountains of the interior and along the coast; a quick trip into the town of Bol and very close to Bol's many restaurants, markets, e-bike, boat rentals, excellent wine cellar, and more. Or, just lounge on one of the house's three decks, overlooking the blue Adriatic waters, listen to the wind rushing through the pine needles, and the cicadas singing in the morning. Truly a perfect base for whatever you wish to do, and made even moreso by the very helpful hosts Goran and Martina. I have rented many houses on VRBO and other platforms and this one will stand out as the standard for us.

Summary: This house is in a great location - very short drive (5 minutes) from great beaches, and The town (Bol) which is very convenient if you want to go to restaurants in the evening. The house is very comfortable. Keep in mind the two rooms in the lower level have an external access. - this was not an issue. The external kitchen and dinning table were perfect for breakfast every day.
