Positive: Amazing location. Short walk to town centre and to the beach too. Clean, modern, comfortable, spacious, well equipped. The terrace is amazing.

Positive: Including "5 star" in the property title is certainly applicable. Our group of 2 couples loved our stay at Chiponsky One. The location right on the sea and Bol promenade can't be beat. It was wonderful to sit out on the beautiful decks overlooking the water and listen to the sea. You only need to walk a few minutes to access several wonderful restaurants, beaches and shops. At the same time, it was very quiet. The kitchen is well equipped and the house was sparkling clean with modern amenities. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi as well.

Negative: Not a big deal...but I think Americans are used to vacation rentals including bath products. We found our rentals on our Croatia trip did not. Also, if you have a car, don't follow the google map directions. We ended up going down a very narrow alley that didn't lead to parking. Be sure to get parking instructions from the host.

Positive: Newly remodeled property on the main walkway to the famous beach under the pine forest. The smell of the pines and fantastic views were amazing. Fani, our hostess was very responsive and kind. She definitely made our stay more homey.

Negative: Nothing to complain about; on the pricer side but you get what you pay for:)

Summary: Beautiful property in the middle of the pine forest overlooking Adriatic; it doesn’t get any better!!
