Positive: Fantastic property right in the heart of the Dales. It was perfect for our family mini break at half term with a 6yo and 5month old. The house is clean, bright and very well equipped. The kitchen is excellent. Location is great - a short walk down to local shop and a short drive to local attractions in Aysgarth, Ashleigh and Hawes. The owner Sue was brilliant in helping out with any issues we had too. We would highly recommend and will be looking here again in the future.

Negative: Only minor but because the house’s heating system works on ground source it means there aren’t any radiators to dry wet clothes on.

Positive: A great size property, the kitchen was exceptional. The whole property was very warm so the living area was lovely and cosy even without the fire on in the depths of winter. The picture windows in the front bedrooms were amazing for star gazing! Easy to walk to the spectacular Aysgarth Falls. All in all a fantastic stay in a quiet location.

Positive: Everything in the property was high quality & spotlessly clean. Lovely views across the meadows & just up the road from a nice pub. There are plenty of walks from the doorstep. A guided tour by David of the dairy farm made the visit.

Positive: Just easy to locate and find. Just perfect for us as a group of friends to get away for the weekend to Chill! The cottage is very tastefully done not a stone unturned “ Just simply one word from us “ Perfect” The host was very prompt with messaging on booking.com. Plus very professional and so helpful when we arrived at the cottage. So thank you so much to the host. We would definitely book the cottage again soon & would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful cottage and its peaceful location to our family and friends.

Negative: Everything spot on. Just the bed down stairs a tiny bit hard mattress but I still slept with the fresh air.

Positive: Basically everything.......superb, quality furnishings and fittings. Amazing attention to detail throughout with lovely touches to help make our stay just perfect. Great location on the fringes of a working dairy farm, making it central for exploring the Dales. Aysgarth Falls only a 20 minute walk away, in one direction, and Hawes only a 15 minute drive away, in the other. Highly recommend this property, without hesitation as we've already stayed twice this year.

Positive: The property is stunning! Huge kitchen, large and cosy living room, and three bathrooms, so plenty of room for everyone. The whole house was meticulously clean, beds comfy and fluffy towels provided. The location is beautiful, with amazing views from all sides! Tea, coffee and milk, provided by the host, was a lovely welcome. We were four adults staying and we had everything we needed. The location is great for walking. We walked to the falls, and generally about the area. Great to watch the cows pass the window twice a day too! I would highly recommend staying here, it is in a quiet and peaceful location, with lots of walks, and several pretty villages a short car drive away too. Amazing stay, thank you.
