Positive: Very clean, very quiet. Good quality fixtures and fittings. Welcome gifts of milk, tea, coffee, biscuits etc. Towels provided, all spotless. Great watching the cows coming and going! Fabulous place ,lovely owners had a brief chat but not intrusive.

Negative: That it was a working farm but we didn’t see any animals but we could hear them. We don’t meet the hosts

Positive: This was one of the best cottages I have stayed in - it was easy to find and in a lovely location with good views from all directions. It was spacious, in excellent decorative order, exceptionally clean and provided everything one might need, a real home from home.

Negative: There's absolutely nothing I wish to criticise.

Summary: This was a really lovely short break in a cottage I would definitely book again in the future.

Positive: Cottage is v comfortable v clean v well equipped and in a perfect location. Little extras like good quality tea coffee biscuits and milk awaited us. The owners are very responsive, and friendly. The cottage also much more spacious than a 1 bedroomed cottage usually .

Positive: Location was great! Only a short walk to the waterfalls and there was a shop with a petrol station up the road. It a spacious and clean place. Very cosy vibes with a great view from the bedroom.

Positive: The cottage was an ideal location for walking out to Aysgarth Falls and beyond. It was immaculately clean with everything you need inside it. Considering it is on a working Dairy farm it was very quite and peaceful with lovely views across the fields and down to the village. I would imagine it to be even better during the summer months, well worth booking if your looking for somewhere to stay in the Dale's.

Positive: It was a large beautiful cottage. The kitchen was well stocked including milk, tea, coffee, biscuits, dishwasher tablets etc. The wood for the fire was perfect for our wet Saturday afternoon chilling in front of the fire. We will be back next year. We walked 10 mins to the hotel and the pub is even closer. The falls were fantastic as we had had a lot of rain the week before. Bed was comfy and big. Corner bath was excellent.

Negative: Loved it all. I would recommend to anyone.

Summary: Amazing cottage just outside of the village so peaceful but close enough to walk.
