Positive: The location is stunning, the house is incredibly comfortable with all the amenities you could need. The neighbours are the most adorable alpacas and in the night a beautiful family of wallabies come to visit and graze in the garden which you can watch with the torch from the comfort of your bed. Start the day on the lounge chairs with your moka brewed coffee enjoying the sun on the mountains and end the day in the outdoor bath watching the sunset over the mountains.

Negative: The only real downside is that if you're ill-prepared you may find yourself without groceries to cook meals and having to eat out at the limited available restaurants as the location is a bit rural so there aren't really grocery stores on hand for last minute runs and the danger of animals running in front of your car in the evening will stop you from driving 50mins to the nearest town for produce. Make sure you stock up properly and be prepared to never want to leave once you arrive at this beautiful retreat.

Positive: Thanks Jo, great way to finish off our "Lap of Tassie" the cabin was one of the highlights of our trip. Stunningly presented. That view is to die for. And so comfy. The Maydena Eats restaurant is within walking distance and was top notch yum 😋. Would recommend this stay.

Positive: 10/10 beautiful property! Extremely comfortable 4 poster king size bed. Huge outdoor bath that easily fits two very comfortably. Incredible views. Peaceful. Plenty of indoor and outdoor areas to relax. Could not fault this property and HIGHLY recommend for a peaceful couples retreat.

Positive: Beautifully presented, modern and very comfortable cabin with amazing views from every angle- we woke up to sunrise over the mountains. After 10 days camping, we needed comfort and respite and the first thing we did was use the outdoor bath- beautiful. One of the loveliest places we've stayed at after lengthy travel.
