Positive: The first hotel that I have come across in Uganda built with disabled access in mind. Cleanliness, space, amazing welcome by staff ( girl at reception 10/10) and the environment are all 10/10. Highly recommended and I will always return to this hotel on my way to upcountry or just to relax.

Negative: Food is great but less salt by the chef would be appreciated.

Positive: A lovely designed resort in a magnificent setting. Without question, a perfect situation to experience tranquility and “peacefulness”, as the name implies. Outstandingly warm, friendly, well-trained, professional staff. A great restaurant offering an extensive menu, delicious food, and served by a lovely staff.. A recently opened property that will be adding a pool, validating a 5-star rated property. Do to a reservation computer glitch, we enjoyed a 3-night stay at a very “guest advantaged” pricing. Being Global travelers we rarely experience a management and ownership team showing such professionalism, integrity, thoughtfulness and an obviously sincere intent to the commitment of “complete guest satisfaction” by honoring the error. Staying at this resort will be delightful and only followed by “I wish we could have stayed longer,” which we were unable to do.
