Positive: I really appreciated the easy check-in and check-out process. No keys were required; instead, I received a PIN code on the morning of arrival, which made everything hassle-free. Another big plus was that no deposit was required, unlike some of my past trips where deposits caused unnecessary issues. The location is excellent — very close to the station with access to the Elizabeth Line, City Line, Hammersmith Line, and Metropolitan Line. There’s also a laundry area in the basement, and the team was helpful in collecting trash daily. Since I stayed for more than a week, I also had one cleaning included, which was very convenient. Overall, a smooth and comfortable stay.

Negative: The area itself is very quiet, but there are limited options when it comes to restaurants. There isn’t a playground or park nearby, so the neighborhood feels a bit boring. However, the location makes up for it, as Oxford Street can be reached in just two stations.

Positive: The location is next to Farringdon Station. The room is fully equipped with a kitchen, kitchenware, tableware, coffee-maker, fridge and air-con!!! The room on a high floor is accessible by lift. The place provides free laundry and luggage lockers! The host generously allowed us to keep our luggage after checking out, before our evening flight. We will definitely stay at this place again! Plus things -- The place also provides cleaning service!

Negative: Nothing. We love everything.

Positive: Great location and easy parking nearby (booked separately, not through the property). The room was very spacious and comfortable - ideal for staying with young kids, as they were in the sitting/kitchen area and we had some privacy in the bed area, which was also next to the bathroom and door to the room. Much better than just having one big hotel room. There was a minor issue with a window blind not being lowered, but was behind a locked window. I messaged the company via WhatsApp and they were able to help me find the window key in minutes.

Negative: It was all great!
