Positive: Beautiful apartment with clean spacious rooms. The bathrooms were very nicely done. Only grouse is bathtub in the Master bedroom doesn’t work for us. Though it was very pretty. Loved the heated floors in all the bathrooms. The bedrooms were quite spacious and with plenty of storage and hangers given. One very large King size bed. The second bedroom had a good queen size bed. Although my two girls would prefer not to share a bed. Plenty of storage too. The living room was large and kitchen well stocked. There was also Washing and drier machines. Location of this apartment was fantastic. Right on the Elizabeth line. Easy to get to the airports. There were plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby for supplies. Really love the location.

Negative: The king size bed mattress was too soft not firm enough. Didn’t do well for my back.

Summary: Fantastic comfortable stay. We loved the apartment and location.

Positive: The communication with the host was so helpful and warm. It gave me a very reassuring feeling that the place would meet expectations (it was even better). The staff at the complex were so helpful and friendly too. I know London really well, but I think they’d be happy to help out with advice/directions too if asked.

Negative: No coffee pods! (I hate coffee, but husband loves it). On a positive note though, the kitchen was excellent otherwise.

Summary: Perfect. Would definitely stay again. Great for a longer stay too.
