Positive: The Manager Linda was lovely and friendly. The whole place is kept neat and clean. Rooms were clean and the bathroom modern. Good facilities. As we were a group, it was great having acess to the pool/ bbq area for chitchats and drinks.

Negative: Nothing for us...but it could be noisy if you had a room on the very front of the complex on the main road.

Summary: Gympie hotel delight.

Positive: Exceptionally clean. Would have liked some suggestions about best places to eat in booklet. Pillows could have been better quality as they tended to sink down to nothing after while. Still a very good place to stay and will certainly stay again.

Positive: Good service, good amenities. We were there for a couple nights, was comfortable.

Negative: Cleaning product used in bathroom was a little strong smelling, but could be minimised by opening the bathroom window.

Positive: We stayed here on the night of 7 September 2024, the motel is in a good location on the northern outskirts of town opposite Gympie Ford dealership. It fronts the Bruce Highway so cannot be missed. Very friendly staff/owner who couldn't do enough for us even though we were only staying the night. We were given a room on the upper level one room from the front of the property with an undercover car spot. There is a ramp to the upper level.

Negative: Being close to the Bruce Highway and relatively close to the front of the property there is annoying road noise however we solved this to a great extent by masking it running the air-conditioning and closing the window. The room smelt of being closed up for a significant period but dissipated once we had opened the window and left the front door open. The ensuite has an interesting configuration with a modern shower that has the shower head showering the floor outside the cubical and the toilet had a door stop on the floor immediately in front of the bowl which was a hazard to stubbing your toe although my wife didnt find it an issue.
