Negative: Poor phone reception, TV not linked to free to air and had trouble connecting to server. Very frustrating for someone who doesn't subscribe to any platforms. Room was also noisy. Could hear children running about in room beside.

Positive: Very handy little cottage for a single or couple, decent size and great bathroom facilities. The location was good for anything in or around Gympie, and having the carport right by the door was exceptional, especially if it is raining!! Everything was pretty much at your findertips in this room, and the kitchenette was very handy also.
Negative: Honestly, I found the bed a little too firm for my liking, but may suit the next person more than me... not really a negative, just not perfect for my taste. Also just take note of the included facilities, as there is no hair dryer in bathroom, and no iron and ironing board available.
Summary: Handy little Cottage close to everything!

Positive: Location was very good, suburban family neighborhood. Right next to a school, very lucky school is not in session, so no noise. Easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood. Self-contained small quarters under a house. Designated covered parking spot. Large television to view from comfortable bed. Small kitchen sink was nice to have. Bathroom was new and modern.
Negative: Neighbors in the morning yelling at their kids; very close proximity to neighbors. Also could hear the people above walking around in the morning. Not that soundproof. We were hoping to sleep in a bit.
Summary: Cozy and secluded in a family neighborhood. It was a pleasant stay.
