Positive: I didn't know what to expect of the houseboat but I was very pleasantly surprised by the boat - from start to finish it was a brilliant part of our holiday. Shenil was amazing, extremely communicative from the start and helped arrange our transport to the next stop. The team on-board were kind, warm and such great hosts. And the food. It was unreal. If you eat fish, make sure you let them know so they can prepare some of the best food i've eaten. And take them up on the offer for the canoe trip down the narrow canals, it's so beautiful.

Negative: Unfortunately the AC stopped working in one of the bedrooms during the night, making for a very warm night's sleep for some of the group. That wasn't in my room though, so won't complain too much.
