Positive: We enjoyer a great 11 night stay and it was been relaxing from start to finish. Check in was seamless despite a clerical error (by booking.com) which was promptly addressed and resolved by Muhammed. This was truly greatly appreciated as it avoided us a big headache. He was attentive and ensured all was taken care of for us whilst we were at dinner. Our compliments to him and the guest relations team for quickly assisting with something that could have been quite troublesome, especially with 2 young hungry kids on tow. We were directed to the restaurant and all was resolved upon our return. The resort’s main buffet was a meticulous operation with a varying amount of fresh and tasty food. We loved the different theme nights which ensured we didn’t ever get bored of the selection. A la cart must be booked far in advance - we recommend the Casa Mexicana for its cosy Al fresco setting. The spa is definitely worth a visit. The hammam with bubble massage was one of the highlights for our 6 year old twins. Sam and his team went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy, always greeting us with the biggest smiles. Please don’t overlook this part of the resort as the staff there were truly amazing and made you feel like home. Whilst the resort is big there are plenty of spaces to enjoy some peace and quiet time should you wish to. The entertainment at night was top level and overall we’ve enjoyed every moment of our stay. Always met with smile and welcoming faces. Once you find your own pace it’s easy enough to avoid the busier moments for dinning. A special mention has to be said for Serkan and Nurzhigit for taking such good care of us each night at dinner. Whilst you could tell they were all incredibly busy during peak service hours then would still make a point to ensure the service was impeccable and personalised. We look forward to visiting the resort again in the future.

Positive: We loved how green the location is, exactly like on pictures, you can choose to sit on one of the lawns or under trees or in one of the chill areas, all with plenty of shade! We didn’t have any issue with finding free spot on the beach either (though late May, out of season I guess?). The place is perfect for families with small kids which are plenty there, it’s easy to move the stroller around the hotel. Not too loud for early baby nights (we stayed in building 10 which is a bit further from the center). Baby seats always available at the restaurant; clean. The food was typical for the region, more for the meat-eaters, we did not get bored in 10 days! Especially during Turkish days which are every Monday. Fresh pastry at the breakfast was amazing. However you won’t find too much sea food or exotic fruits there (which was not critical for us but would be nice to have a better variety of both providing you are on the sea side). Turkish coffee and ice cream in the stand alone caffe was a nice touch. Our parents enjoyed the evening shows. Finally, the sea was superb, super clean and warm for the season. Though mind it’s pebbles at the entrance. They have sand by the beach beds. We used spa for massages and it’s on a very good quality, enjoyed a lot!
Negative: The rooms are spacious but require refreshment, everything was well-maintained and working just need to be newer, including small pieces like kettle etc. The swimming pools were cold even kids ones, we preferred sea! Also would be nice to have Turkish coffee at the main restaurant too, the coffee from machines was not great (or newer machines). We were not much for the alcohol, but there were only 2 wines available (red and white), one beer (no alcohol-free option, which I’m sure many families with small kids like us would appreciate). I would also expect the Mexican restaurant to serve margaritas! Our room didn’t have bath robes but we were advised you need to ask for ones if you need.
Summary: It’s a green and quiet place with super clean sea and good food, we would surely go back with small kids
