Positive: We had a great time. We were there to visit family, so we stayed at their place more than ours because they had 12 people vs our 6 people.

Negative: Advertised as fits 8 people with 2 being on the couch. That futon couch would not have slept 2 very easily unless they were small children.

Positive: We really enjoyed the space and layout of the whole house. We enjoyed our time there very much. The pool was awesome and even relaxing on one of the many balconies.

Negative: The only thing I could think of that could have been better, and yet it is not the end of the world, is to have the house in a more comfortable setting before we got there, including AC on before the guests come into the house would have made a great first impression.
