Welcome to Casa de la Vista, your private beachfront home in an exclusive, upscale area of the Placencia Peninsula. The home blends comfort with Caribbean charm and amazing ocean and mountain views. Upstairs is the main, light filled, open living area along with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the mesmerizing ocean views from each of the living areas as well as the outdoor veranda which runs the length of the house overlooking your private beach and ocean. French Doors lead from the Living Room and Master Bedroom to the large covered veranda. From the veranda is a spiral staircase leading to a private rooftop deck with beautiful 360 degree views of the Caribbean sea, 20 islands, the back-bay, Mayan mountains and stunning sunsets.
This is the most beautiful area of the Peninsula and is conveniently located just a mile north of Maya Beach where you will find groceries, great restaurants and bars. We are away from the noise and dust of Placencia Village but it is an easy drive down the main paved road to the Village where you will find numerous great shops, restaurants, beach bars, vegetable stands and live music.
Swim, snorkel, beachcomb or relax in the pool or a hammock on the deck - all available here at your vacation home. We have paddeboards, kayaks and bikes to enhance your beach vacation. Belize is an amazing natural wonder with the 2nd largest barrier reef in the world. Exceptional diving, snorkeling, fishing, hiking, bird watching, kayaking, Mayan ruins, cave tubing, zip lining, jungle hikes and waterfalls as well as cave spelunking. Our local Manager can be your tour guide or setup your excursions to Monkey River, the ATM cave, deep-sea fishing, zip lining, diving and snorkeling tours. You can charter a private boat to pick you up in front of the house on the pier. After a day of exploring the many wonders of Belize, return home for a refreshing dip in your private pool or a swim in the calm, warm Caribbean waters from your beach. Relax and enjoy the stunning views from the breezeway, pool deck, covered veranda and the roof top observation deck. We have a wide selection of games for your family game night.

Summary: We stayed here for the second year in a row and enjoyed it even more than the first time. We love the location and proximity to some great restaurants and bars. We also enjoyed grilling and eating at the home. The view is spectacular and never gets old.

Summary: We enjoyed sitting on the veranda every night playing cards. The view from this home is amazing! The house was equipped with everything we needed. We had a couple small issues but I told Christine about them and she was very responsive. Loved the waterfalls, snorkeling and highly recommend goingTo King Louies Island.

Summary: This was 50th birthday trip. The property is clean very spacious and well equipped for cooking in home. However, the food around the area was delicious. Leo the property manager on site made all of our reservations for ruins, fishing, and what ever else we requested. We caught red snapper and snook then Leo had 2 wonderful ladies come prepare it at the house for my birthday dinner. Highly recommend this property

Summary: Everything was great! We spent most of our time at the tranquility resort celebrating a friend’s 50th birthday. The house had everything we needed for a great stay in Belize. Definitely get a golf cart if you don’t have transportation, it was a fun way to get around. The only minor issue we had was the 3rd bedroom was more like a converted sunroom with shutters and very small with very little storage space, but the couple that stayed in there loved it. I just didn’t notice it in the photos. The balcony was definitely our favorite!!! It was beautiful and had the best view for morning coffee. Would definitely rent this house again! Thank you for sharing with us! :)

Summary: Upon arrival, we found the property to be even more picturesque and beautiful than the photos showed! Also, the rooms were much bigger than we imagined and the kitchen had everything needed even for a larger grouo our size. The house was tastefully decorated and comfortable for a very relaxing and enjoyable week. Our family enjoyed the pool which was private and inviting. We also loved using the kayaks and paddleboards which to us was like icing on a cake! We would defintely highly recommend this property to anyone going to Belize and we would defintely stay here again the next time we travel to Belize!! Summary: Beautiful property in a beautiful location. The house is very comfortable. Traveled with spouse and another couple. We stayed in the master bedroom that overlooks the ocean and woke up to the sound of the ocean. The Master has its own bathroom. The other couple stayed in a back bedroom and used the main bath. They said they were very comfortable. The upper deck was great for coffee in the morning. The lower deck with the pool is great in the afternoon and evening - covered and breezy. Would definitely book again.
