This 4BR 2 BA home features a Luxury heated pool and hot tub that is mimicked off the FountaineBleau in Miami with 2 day beds and plenty of seating, just two blocks from Atlantic Ave. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, living room area, private balcony, Walk in closet as well as its own bathroom. Every bedroom in the home has a TV with Comcast cable and internet. The kitchen has all the essentials and then some. Patio has an outdoor grill area with everything needed for a family BBQ.
Guests can privately use everything in the property
I like to give my guests privacy with remote check in but am available by Text, Call and in person if needed.
Quite secluded neighborhood in a great part of Delray Beach
The home is just off of atlantic ave about a 10 minute drive to Downtown Delray and the beach!
Crib available upon request is $25 fee must be arranged prior to arrival
Smoking outside only. Please clear and take trash out upon check out. Early check in and late check out are additional $100 charges if available need to be approved at least 24hrs in advance. Any check out later than 3 pm is an additional day charge. Any check in earlier than 12pm is an additional day charge. NO DOGS IN THE POOL OR HOT TUB. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES at the house. No more than 10 total guests at once if this is not followed you will have to leave and will not receive a refund.Camera on the front of the home over the door Camera at the back of the home above the walkway going to the patio all exterior all recording 24/7 usually not monitored unless necessary. Tampering with cameras is strictly prohibited.

Summary: My group included a family of 6 adults and my dog and we loved the home! Rooms were a great size for adults. Pool and Hot Tub was heated. Outdoor spaces were great to hang out in. And the house was equipped with a little of everything. Host was very communicative and resourceful

Summary: Stayed with my wife and 2 daughters ,we had a great time house was big and very comfortable. There were no deal breakers just a bunch of minor stuff that are a minor inconvenience would recommend this place for a nice vacation. Close to all and very secretly located. You won’t be disappointed.
