Our home contains 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house is of a split wing configuration with bedrooms on both sides and a large eat-in kitchen in the center. The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed and comes with an en-suite bathroom. Best of all we a short drive to from all points of interest. Whether you fancy restaurants, nightlife or the spending time at the beach staying with us positions you perfectly to do all of those things and more.
This huge home is perfect for large families or a group of friends looking to spend time in beautiful Delray Beach. Our home is equipped with all the creature comforts, huge kitchen with island, large televisions and plenty of seating. There is also a workstation for the business traveler or student in the group. The backyard has a cover patio with a grill and plenty of space.
Our most important feature is our proximity to Atlantic Avenue (5 min drive) which is the life blood of Delray Beach. Atlantic Avenue is the home to several bars and restaurants, and many quant shops and boutiques can also be found. At the end of Atlantic Avenue is the beach with crystal clear water and plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas.
Guest will have access to the entire house with exception of a closet or space which is used to store extra house inventory.
We can be reached at any time via phone, text, or through the booking platform. We want you to have a great stay so if there is anything, we can do to help you accomplish that do not hesitate to ask. Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood.
Being that we are in the suburban part of Delray Beach a car is almost a must, but Uber, Lyft or a taxi are all viable options.
NO UNAUTHORIZED GUEST ALLOWED. A $200 fee will be assessed for EACH unauthorized guest.
We charge an additional guest fee of $20 a person per night after 6 guests. This fee is calculated on the booking app and usually is shown as additional guest fee on the breakdown.
We ask that you wear slippers or something similar in the house. No Outside Shoes.

Summary: The house itself was adorable and well maintained(on the inside). It was perfect for our family of 9. It has five bedrooms which meant that the little ones could be put to sleep in their own rooms while the adults could stay up and enjoy the evening. The house had everything we needed for a long weekend stay which was awesome! The proximity of the house to the Main Street in Delray as well to conveniences like grocery stores and retail shopping was amazing. The reason why I gave 4 stars on the location was because of the neighborhood itself. It was perfectly safe but some of the houses in the neighborhood are a bit trashy, meaning the yards and houses are not kept well. Other than that, it was an awesome stay! I hope the next family enjoys it as much as we did!

Summary: The house was good and very modern. Lots of rules to follow. I consider myself an overall rule follower, but the constant shoes off and on every time was something we didn’t like. The front door looked like a shoe closet. Also, we didn’t like the A/C restrictions. Overall everyone has their preferences on thermostat temperature. We feel it should be up to the guest to determine that. Of course once we depart we would adjust the thermostat back to the required temperature. The backyard in our opinion could use some type of better entertainment space. Location was near a Publix which was great. Atlantic Avenue was not far away. Cheap Uber to the main entertainment area of Atlantic Ave. Beach was a short drive away. We give it a 3.5 stars out of 5.

Summary: Had a fun trip with high school girlfriends to Delray Beach. This property worked well for our group. Everyone had their own bed and only 2 had to share a room. The house is very cute inside. While it lacked in what we considered some "basics" we made due and enjoyed our time together. The house was only about 10 minutes from the beach and Atlantic Avenue which was full of some fabulous restaurants and shops. The neighbors we saw were friendly, and we even bought lemonade from some little girls down the street. We did not use the back yard at all due to it being filled with small rocks/pebbles. The front yard was small and close to the street, but we were able to put 2 large SUVs in the driveway. There is a rule about not wearing shoes in the house. We abided by the rule but at one point we had probably 18 pairs of shoes by the front door. Six women and their shoes! We decided a bench or rack of some kind would have been helpful. Maybe it's because we're in our 60s, but trying to find any local news/shows on the TV was challenging. We enjoyed having Netflix, etc, but some of the girls wanted to watch their morning shows and we couldn't find them anywhere. All in all we had a great time and the house worked for us. Thanks to the owners for such easy communication!

Summary: What a beautiful home away from home. The house is spacious, clean and beautifully designed with quaint wall hangings, tasteful furniture and fittings and a fully equipped kitchen that can easily seem like your own. It was incredibly convenient having a double set of washer and dryer combos, especially with consecutive days at the beach. We were able to keep towels and swimsuits fresh. Any snafus we encountered we communicated to our host who was very responsive and willing to address them right away. Every member of our family, ages 15 thru 86, enjoyed this vacation immensely. We built treasured memories in this house which we'll be talking about for a long time. Heck, we may even book it again!
