Summary: The home appears really small from the outside, but is very spacious inside. It was clean and everything worked. It contained all of the necessary cooking equipment that allowed me to cook for my family during our stay. Overall, I would stay there again.

Summary: Surf Shack was exactly as the VRBO listing showed it ( I’ve had “surprises”before) and was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen is well-outfitted and the big sofa and long dining table were perfect for our family. It was close to the downtown. Good restaurants were everywhere! The backyard and fire pit were absolutely charming!! Lush greenery all around and overhead. Heath is very quick to respond to texts and very helpful. I’d rent this house again. It had a lot of space for the price. family.

Summary: We always love staying near Delray to get a break from the cold. This house was much farther (walking) than we’ve had before. The kitchen was stocked well enough. Could have used more bowls, only 4 bowls which there needs to be more. Lots of space for all of us and our small dog. Beds were super comfortable which is appreciated. House could use some TLC. The outside is pretty run down looking with garbage and broken glass near the garbage bins. Mold in both bathrooms and couch and rugs could use a cleaning. We couldn’t use the backyard because our dog got fleas on her every time she went out. The owner said he did spray but it didn’t do anything. Neighborhood wasn’t great. We could walk during the day but for dinner at night we drove. We had a lovely stay regardless but we wouldn’t stay here again.

Summary: Well organized, clean and well appointed home 3 1/2 blocks from Atlantic Avenue near the tennis stadium. All rooms and beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and kitchen very functional. Kitchen had all the tools one would want. Backyard and Grill are a great feature, though towards dusk mosquitoes got to me. Not much to do in the immediate neighborhood, but friendly and quiet. Heath was very kind and responsive to our needs, which were very few because he had anticipated most all.
