Positive: - one part of the balcony has a view on the port - good location in the middle of the island so every beach is at max 20 min by car and most of them within 15 min max. - very nice renovation of the interior of the flat - new appliances (fridge, microwave, oven, taster, coffee machines) - ac in the 2 bedrooms - daily cleaning and often changes the sheets and the towels - willing to solve quickly potential issues

Negative: - no dishwasher and the cleaning lady was using a smelly sponge to clean the dishes - when flushing the toilet, the water was spilling on the floor (I fixed it I think though once I realized) - the path to reach the flat is not maintained and you have to cut plants not to have them in the face. The path is very narrow and the plants from the parcel next to it make it even narrower. - there is an unmaintained parcel mentioned above and the day before leaving my wife saw an almost one meter snake on the path. We stayed 2 weeks and saw only once so it might be unlikely you meet one. - the house is old, even though the inside is great, the entrance door did not close without having to bang the door. - the view was ok but we expected better, half of the balcony that has the big table has no view. - the leaving room has a fan on the ceiling but no AC. - there is a pump that is sometimes noisy during the night. - the last day we did not have hot water. - parking might be a bit difficult depending on the season
