Positive: The villa was absolutely stunning – spacious, clean, and the views were incredible. The villa really has everything you could need, and it felt like home from home. What made this stay even better was the hospitality. The hosts were incredible – so welcoming and thoughtful. The fridge was fully stocked, and they made us amazing homemade meals and pastries. Maria and Elena went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, we had an unforgettable experience and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend to anyone

Positive: Absolutely everything was amazing! Starting with the location (the views to the sea and the mountains were spectacular), through the beautiful home and finishing with our lovely hosts. We received the most warm welcome with homemade food (delicious!) and with a... Birthday cake, as it was my birthday :) Great bonus: home is like a scavenger hunt! Maria and Elena hide well goodies to eat and drink and you have fun finding them ;) Absolutely recommended to all loving calm surroundings, good food, awesome views and animals (sheep and goats will be your cool neighbors).

Positive: What a paradise! Perfect for little ones as Maria goes above and beyond to make them have the best time. There’s a little play area, a magical bedroom for them, mini gardening tools and watering cans, candy, bath bubbles, creams, kids toothpaste and wash. You really don’t need to bring anything but clothes. There’s even pool toys and portable speakers! Aircon in every room. Goats next door that walk past early, every morning. Kitchen full of everything you need to cook. Bed linens and towels are beautiful. The view of mountains and sea is spectacular too. There’s so many great things in this property I can’t name name them all! Maria is warm, attentive and full of information of the area. It was our best holiday by far with a 3yr old and 8yr old.

Negative: Water pressure may be a bit low for some. Only one person in our group minded though. Also, if you are scared of heights then the ascent may be of a concern for you. Again, only one person in our group was troubled by it. I loved the drive up the mountain!

Positive: We had a truly fantastic family stay at Maria´s Panoramic Seaview villa in Crete and we cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, Maria's incredible hospitality made all the difference. She had generously provided an abundance of food, drinks, and snacks, making us feel immediately welcome. The bathrooms were fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, which was a thoughtful touch. One of the highlights was Maria’s delicious home-cooked dishes and cakes – they were absolutely divine and gave us a true taste of Cretan cuisine. The villa itself was set in the most perfect location, with a stunning pool and beautiful surroundings and sea view that made for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. We spent countless hours lounging by the pool, enjoying the gorgeous setting. While you do need a car to explore the wider area, the small village of Kefalas is just a 15-minute walk away, and we loved dining at the charming local tavernas.

Positive: This might be the nicest place we ever stayed at. The view is amazing, our kids loved the pool and everything Maria and her family provided for us. We had everything we needed and would love to come back.

Positive: Absolutely outstanding property with incredible hosts! Maria us fantastic, professional and very caring! She cooked a home made meal on our arrival and later, too for us as well as we arrived to a fully stocked up fridge. The whole house felt like a home because there was everything we needed, including candles, spices and creams! We always miss the home and Maria!

Positive: Everything was perfect,felt like home from the start,Maria will go to end of the world to help with what ever she can,seriously you need your swim wear and that's it,stunning villa,stunning views,clean,many spaces to use/eat around,amazing food and again Maria is an other level of hospitality,best stay we had,she's our Greek mama. You won't be disappointed,Kefalas is small village,2 min drive,15min walk,local shop couple of restaurants perfect,beaches are close,you need a car obviously other wise you won't be looking at this remote amazing place,kids 9 and 7 had a blast at the pool with toys at the villa,warm very clean,night lights just make this place looks amazing. We can't fault it and will be coming back 100%
