Negative: WiFi was very bad. Food not good. No hot water.

Positive: This was our second visit to Marcan Resort, and although there have been a few changes since our first stay two years ago, it remains our favourite. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and incredibly hardworking, always making us feel at home. The housekeeping team do a fantastic job, ensuring fresh towels and clean bedding are provided daily. There is a wide variety of food available, with plenty of choice and something different to enjoy each day. Our room was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our family. As we were travelling with our son, having two bedrooms made our stay even more comfortable. The mountain views from our balcony were stunning and made waking up each morning feel extra special. The location of the hotel is also ideal. It is conveniently close to the strip, where all the shops, cafés, and bars are located, yet just far enough away to remain peaceful and quiet. It was lovely to have everything within walking distance, including the stunning beach. The pool area is beautiful, spotless, and well maintained, and the water slides are great fun for all ages. The spa is also wonderful — I had a one-hour full body massage during our stay, which I would highly recommend. A huge thank you to all the staff at Marcan Resort Hotel for making our holiday so special once again. We’re already looking forward to returning.

Positive: When we arrived there were very few people in the hotel, so we had waiter service at dinner, with no choice of food. However on subsequent days there was a buffet, with a good choice of Turkish food. The waiters were very attentive. The swimming pool was big, and pleasant to swim in. It was useful to have a snack bar, as we failed to get back to the hotel in time for lunch on a few occations.
Negative: On one day there was no hot water, on other days, the water was warm, but not hot. The bathroom light was very dim. We were only given one top sheet that didn't reach the edge of the bed, so we were cold at night, until we asked for more bedding.

Positive: Lovely large swimming pool. Staff were friendly. The food was very well presented and with plenty of choice. The dining room was very well managed and clean. There was entertainment available every day if you were interested.
