Positive: Close to Ferrari. Picture made it look like it was in a nice area but in fact it was next to freeway and location wasn’t pretty.

Positive: The proximity to the Ferrari museum was great. It was a cute hotel overall.

Negative: The outdoor area could have done something against the heat, maybe some fans or water misters.

Positive: The location is good. Near the Ferrari factory and museums. The Lamborghini museum is 30 minutes drive away. We had the ground floor room. Very quiet. Ample parking at the hotel. Helpful staff at reception. Modern room and bathroom. Comfortable bed and pillows. Fridge. Hairdryer. No kettle. Shutoff water hose near the WC. We didn't have breakfast there so I cannot comment on it. There are lovely cafes dotted around that you can drive to for breakfast. The restaurant at the Ferrari museum was great and not expensive. Try it! I would come back..but not in summer.

Negative: We were there last week of June for 3 nights. Couldn't sleep. The air conditioner (AC)was just blowing cool air. It was set at 22C. You cannot change it, unless you ask the reception. They will adjust it and then you can lower it to 18.5C. But still, it wasn't cold air. So a comfortable night is out of the question. They may need to clean and maintain their ACs..maybe it will be cold. For a hotel with international clientele, there were no English News channels or a channel where you can get the F1 race ! We had to go out to the lobby to watch the race..on a medium size TV ..set on the side! The housekeeping crunched 3 tissue papers ( like a flower) in the tissue box..instead of putting a new box. We asked reception to give us a new box. The floor needs proper cleaning. I had to wear socks in the room as my feet became black the first hour! Lots of meetings going on, which means the lobby is always full. Unfortunately you can't sit in the big lovely 'terrace room' because its not air conditioned. It was hot to sit there. So 3 days we sat in the room after we returned from our outings. These are tiny things that can be easily fixed...and it will be a lovely place to stay at.
