Positive: located in strip mall setting w/ coffee shop, grocery store and gelateria next door. Walking distance to Ferrari museum. Lots of free parking in back. 3 flights stairs to apartment, no elevator. A/C works great. Room stays bright w no blackout curtains. Italian language only-bring translator. Mattress is extremely firm. Don’t expect luxury, this is a modest family run B&B and you are their only guest. (there’s a second room upstairs, but again, more stairs to haul luggage) Lovely cappuccino in the morning w a nice terrace for breakfast. Clothes washer located in bathroom. Quiet environment w very little street noise. Bathroom access requires going out the bedroom door and into the hall. Check in was delayed due to off premises host. Make sure to give them your exact arrival or you may wait outside for a bit.

Positive: all good，quiet and comfortable,Breakfast provided before 10 with sorts of foods,Also you can find a gelato shop near by the hotel

Negative: A little suggestion is ,if we can provide the charger adapter only one for each room that’ll be better ,Because a lot of foreign people attracted by Ferrari and come to Maranello with different types of charger,But maybe only a Italy type to Europe type is enough
