Positive: Beautiful house. Clean and tidy. Great location.

Negative: The lounge with the AC was able to be cooled but the rest of the house did get quite warm. There were no drinking glasses in the kitchen.

Positive: Very well appointed property with excellent kitchen facilities. Good space for our family group, comfortable lounger area with generous sized bedrooms.

Negative: Sea views are distant and couldn’t be seen from inside the property. Travel from Auckland city centre was much further than expected.

Positive: The house was well decorated and had high quality fittings and facilities. It was quiet at night and was a good base from which we could explore the area.

Negative: There was a bit of an ant problem in the kitchen/living area, which was clearly ongoing because of traps laid for them. The pillows on the beds were very thin/flat. The sheets were a bit tired looking.

Positive: Spacious, comfy, tidy, the floor was very clean and soft carpet.

Negative: There was no microwave and no complimentary coffee pods for the coffee machine, and the coffee machine was dirty. There was also toast crumbs on the bench from the toaster, I don't think the trays had been emptied. And it was very very cold.

Positive: the accomodation was well located and very easy to access. the place was very clean and new. there was parking space at the back helped securing our valuable cars off the main road.

Negative: one of the double beds downstairs was very springy and uncomfortable. we couldnt check in earlier than 3 00 PM which meant we werent able to unload our belongings before heading to our plans for the night.

Summary: Great !
