Positive: We only stayed one night but we felt welcomed. Suleiman was very accommodating and we instantly felt at home. The hotel was surrounded by a lot of shops and walking distance to most attractions. Our room was very clean and spacious.

Positive: Staff incredibly nice. Their English is not great, however, they were very helpful. Always offering tea if you stay in the reception for a while. The temperature in the room. The water is very warm - showers were perfect.

Negative: Some towels were dirty. I asked the staff to change, nonetheless, they were incredibly quick and apologised. The English might be a barrier sometimes, but we managed. Internet is not that strong in the room. No cups or support to put toothbrush, etc.

Positive: I had a great stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The staff were super friendly from the moment I arrived. The reception helped me with so many things — even arranging football tickets and giving local tips. Very personal and welcoming service. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. Overall, really good experience and I’d definitely stay here again.
