Positive: Location was great. Just a few minutes from town and the price was decent.

Negative: Toilet did not flush and the bed was a little hard. Had some trouble getting sleep.

Positive: Great location, very friendly owner/manager who noticed that I was wearing a leg brace and immediately changed my upstairs room to a ground level room (even though I can do stairs with no problem, he insisted) :-) Also, the bed was very comfortable.
