Positive: It's a comfortable stay in a decent house in an excellent location. The secure gardens are fantastic for dogs. The bedrooms are comfortable and the number of bathrooms are great for a large number of guests. Parking is great and the area is very beautiful and quiet.

Negative: The listing and the price suggest this is a luxury stay with things like "professional standard kitchen", however it definitely lacks luxury. The house itself lacks any sort of character. The facilities are fine but nothing particularly special - certainly the selection of pans, blunt knifes, utensils leaves a lot to be desired as well as an extremely slow oven. The hoover was useless. Little things like robes/slippers for the hot tub would go a long way. The place appears clean at first but under sofas, beds, TVs it was exceptionally dusty and we all started to struggle with allergies. The hottub had a scum-line on our arrival (however they were quick to rectify this and did a full clean and water change).

Summary: Has everything you need, but for the price lacks some finesse

Positive: It was very clean, and spacious. It was very near to the village pub and there was adequate parking.

Negative: Nothing to dislike, the younger. ones would have liked TVs in the bedrooms.

Summary: Great family weekend in a lovely location , super house. I have recommended to friends.

Positive: The location was superb , next door to an award winning pub , but please note , it’s not open on Mondays and Tuesdays . The food there is fantastic and it’s best to book in advance . The house was spacious and nicely furnished there were some fantastic views out to the countryside . The hot tub was a great treat .

Negative: Only thing that would be helpful would be washing powder, fairy liquid and a few more cooking utensils

Summary: Overall property superb , I’d highly recommend !
