Summary: The property was livable but old. Major problem with our stay was the bombardment of texts and emails stating the Draconian check out time penalties over and over and over again. Not worth enduring the bombardment. Stay somewhere else!

Summary: So, let me start with the pros: -Very close to the Manitou Springs main street...easy walking distance to the arcade, shopping, and restaurants. -Property was very clean and decor was very cute. -Loved the large shelf in the bathroom...big enough to hold all my toiletry bags. -We didn't use the kitchen much, but it was very helpful to have a freezer to make ice, and fridge to keep drinks cool. Cons: -Property is kind of on the small size. Thankfully, we only had three people and didn't require much space, but it was small. Hard to store luggage. -Beds both felt kind of fragile. -It is a first floor property, so there wasn't much natural light. -It was kind of hard to get to (driving-wise). The biggest negative for me was the property management. We booked prior to COVID-19, so we had to consider the possibility of cancelling or rescheduling our trip (which involved several different property stays) and this was the only location that gave us a hard time about possibly having to cancel. Considering the worldwide pandemic, I felt that they should have been a little bit more considerate and flexible with us. We still went on our trip and had a fantastic time...communication with the property management notwithstanding. I would recommend the property with the caveat that I hope you never have to contact the stubborn management team.

Summary: The property was extremely clean and everything was brand new. The kitchen was well stocked and the location was super convenient to walk into Manitou. Everything was great the only thing we would’ve like to have is a coffee table and maybe a rug, it didn’t feel real cozy and we had to bring over the kitchen chairs to use as coffee tables near the sofa for our wine and cheese. Summary: This is a great place to stay if you are traveling for business. I would not recommend for a couples retreat as it is a shared unit and the walls are thin so little privacy and sound buffers.
