Positive: Very cleanand quiet and well stocked. Contacted them a couple of times and they got right back to me. We were able to park (parking permit provided) and walk wherever we wanted to go in town or to the incline. Back patio right on the creek! Everything had been remodeled and new. Would love to stay there anytime.

Negative: Door was a little sticky

Positive: The property was walking distance to many of the attractions in Manitou Springs. It was very clean and cozy. I loved sitting out back in the morning listening to the river while drinking coffee. Made a little friend, we called Sparky, out on the patio. Super, friendly little squirrel. Communication was great and overall, we enjoyed the house and will stay there again.

Negative: Parking could be a problem but luckily we were able to park somewhat close by. Not a bad little walk. One suggestion would be to let us people who are not around bears be given directions for opening the trashcan🤣 Took me a while but I finally figured it out.

Summary: Wonderful place that we made great memories in. Check it out!

Positive: Great location. Has everything you need. It was quiet despite being on Main Street.

Negative: The bed mattress sagged and was very uncomfortable. No dedicated parking. A permit was provided to park in a public parking lot a short distance away. The house is old. The floors sloped and the entry door and bathroom door got hung up on the rugs when opening and closing them. The description of the home highlighted the patio that was along the the creek, however, the patio was inaccessible due to all the snow that hadn’t been cleared. The house rules ask that you take the garbage bin to the curb. After traveling all day, I arrived to then have to shovel a path through the patio and walkway to get the bin from the backyard to the front sidewalk. I notified the contact person who sent someone out the next day to shovel, but only the deck was cleared. It still wasn’t suitable to sit outside despite the nice weather.

Summary: Suitable, but expected better.

Positive: The furnishings were very nice the bed was incredible super comfortable after spending the whole day walking the campus in Pueblo. While my family enjoyed Manitou Springs. Thank you sooo much. I would love to stay with you again. Let me know where else you have an ABB

Negative: There wasn't anything I didn't like. The entire town was great.the creek was very full and sounded like a waterfall out back.
