This apartment is accessed by some very steep stairs, if you are unable or uncomfortable with stairs, this is not the place for you. Private parking for 1 vehicle. This apartment is Urban and outdoor living all in one!.
This unique property located near Historic downtown Manitou Springs. Shopping, great restaurants, and hiking right out the front door. Pikes Peak, the Cog-railroad, the Manitou Incline, Penny Arcade and many other family-friendly activities are within walking distance.. This apartment is in the middle of all that Manitou Springs has to offer! It feels like urban downtown and outdoor living all in one!.
You have total access to the whole apartment. You do share the balcony with one other apartment.

Within walking distance just out the front door is access to Manitou`s free shuttle bus, and the Public Bus system running throughout Colorado Springs. Uber and Taxi services also available
This apartment is only accessible through very steep stairs. If you are unable or uncomfortable with steep stairs, this is not the place for you. If you are comfortable with them that is great because you will get to enjoy the best view in town from the Shared Balcony overlooking Main Street!

Summary: The host was great, he handled all our questions quickly and was accommodating to us. The apartment was awesome!!! It’s in a great place, walking distance to everything. We didn’t even use the truck for 4 days- stayed in and enjoyed the balcony. Angela is amazing! She was so friendly and helpful telling us about the local culture, etc. The entire trip less the jet lag was very much needed and enjoyed.

Summary: Great location.. didn't realize why they had a mini fridge until our leftovers in the main fridge didnt stay cold and were wasted. (Heads up would have been nice) overall still good.

Summary: We loved the location of this apartment! We also loved the balcony and enjoyed it every night as we would wind down from a day of hiking. The Pikes Peak Cog and Incline are an easy walk from it. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. If you are sensitive to light when sleeping you will not enjoy your stay here since it is on the main road in Manitou Springs. They need some blackout shades. Thankfully there wasn't a bunch of road noise but we did have the air conditioner on the entire stay. Also, the refrigerator did not work. It was obvious they knew it did not work since they had a college size small refrigerator to use. Perhaps they had one on order but it would have been nice to be given a heads up and an apology. Thankfully we did not plan on cooking or it would have been a bigger deal. I emailed the property manager about it but never received a reply other than an automated email hoping that I was enjoying my stay.

Summary: The apartment was better than advertised. Loved the spacious interior and the balcony was great for poeple watching and enjoying the view! The location was wonderful. Free shuttle stop right across the street so no need to drive and pay for parking at the cog railway.The bed was really comforable and the living area was nice to relax in, later at night. The only issue we had was the light fixture on the 3rd floor landing was out which made it really difficult to enter/exit the stairway to and from the front door in the dark. We notifed the owner the first night after we had returned from dinner and they said they would have maintenance address the following day. The light was not fixed during our 3 night stay and the owner never responded to my follow up comment on the light the second night.

Summary: This was a beautiful, comfortable, and spacious property facing the Main Street in town. Having the dedicated parking space was wonderful! We spent three nights in Manitou Springs and we would stay here again! As other reviews have said, the stairs to the apartment are very steep, so please keep that in mind when booking.
