Positive: Location is prime. Close to Marina Sands Theatre, as I was in Singapore for the Beauty and the Beast musical. Also a 2-min walk to Citylink Mall, and 5-min to Esplanade. The sea view twin room offers an amazing view of Marina Sands, Gardens by the Bay and Sg Flyer. All in all a good deal.

Negative: Just a note that there is construction work nearby in progress. Not affected by the noise, but it is part of the view.

Positive: The breakfast is great and the staff serving are also great. The rooms are very modern and kept clean. Great location and good views.

Negative: The place has a cold feeling to it. You feel like you are in a strange place. Operator needs better training. MO’s are very warm everywhere I have been because the staff made them so, MO Singapore has cold people working there except the buffet restaurant and spa staff.

Positive: The hotel was one of the best I have ever stayed in. We had a room with the Harbour view. Beautiful hotel and the breakfast experience was fantastic. If I stay in Singapore again I will stay in Mandarin Oriental again.
