Summary: I stayed in the Executive Marina Bay Room with Studio26 access. All the front desk staff provided excellent service, and the room was beautifully cleaned every day, allowing for a very comfortable stay. Although I would certainly like to stay here again, for my next visit, I would prefer to choose a room that includes access to the Pacific Club Lounge rather than Studio26. Studio26 is promoted as a stylish, 24-hour self-service venue, which offers convenience but has a significant drawback: it is not constantly staffed. Although the official website mentions that homemade pastries and cookies are provided, when I visited one day, all the items had been consumed by previous guests. The containers were completely empty, and it was unclear when they would be replenished. Furthermore, every available table was cluttered with used plates and cutlery left behind by previous guests, and it was unclear when the area would be cleaned. To make matters worse, there was no telephone available inside Studio26 to contact the hotel staff. At that moment, I sincerely regretted not accepting the prior offer to upgrade to a room with Pacific Club Lounge access. I strongly believe that the operations of Studio26 require fundamental improvement.
