Summary: The room was freezing cold. The heaters were switching themselves off and showing an error message of a window being open. In reality, it was just a draft from the closed window. Staff brought up a heater as soon as I let them know. The bathroom was also freezing cold. No conditioner only shampoo. - so not great - apparently this is standard for this chain of hotels. Bed was comfy though and the location is great.
