Summary: Clean room, great staff. The only issue was room service…ordered a single entry and it took over 1hour 20 minutes. But this could be due to short staff since it was ordered on a New Year’s Eve. Other than that great housekeeping and everything else.

Summary: Hospitality and customer service at Makati Diamond Residences was efficient, helpful, and made our stay extremely enjoyable. Housekeeping was attentive and multiple team members checked in and were accommodating to our requests. The Club Lounge access also stood out, as the bartenders at cocktail hour were pleasant to interact with and the food was consistently tasty and varied each day. Overall we would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend staying here to anyone who wants a luxuriously comfortable stay in Manila.

Summary: We stayed here for 10 nights. We will definitely stay here again. The location is perfect, Greenbelt is just across the street. The hotel is very clean, breakfast buffet is very good, all the staff - we commend them, in Alfred's, 27th flr, reception, housekeeping, parking, bellboys, security, great job! We really appreciate their service.
