Summary: The apartment is in an excellent location a block from Ayala Avenue just around the corner from Greenbelt. Less than 5 minutes walk to both. It is quite big compared to many in Makati and you will not find a better place for the price in this location

Summary: Very convenient to the best things in Makati! AC worked well, but I didn't need it much in Jan. Bed is very hard, be aware of that if you're used to a soft mattress. Other than that, it was a good spot!

Summary: I stayed here for a total of 6 nights and it was quite comfortable. The A/C works well, which is key, and it has all the amenities you could want for a vacation and possibly longer stay. It's got amazing views as it's above the 15th floor in the building. The owner was lovely to work with, very accommodating, and even offered me a wi-fi hot spot for my stay which was unexpected because it doesn't offer internet in the listing.
