Summary: Location is convenient to city and Rundle Street cafes. Quiet of street noise but that will change with construction site across the road ramping up. My room faced Frome St and the car park was very bright through the night, thankful I always pack eye shades. There’s a car park on the other side too, maybe not as bright but staff said those rooms don’t get any natural Light. Room itself is comfortable, bath tub deep, bed form. Showing its age, but I think price takes that into account.

Summary: Easy check in, friendly reception staff. Room fantastic, clean and comfortable. Breakfast a little disappointing, left waiting for a while to be seated for booked table, then told to sit anywhere. Breakfast modest for price, limited selection, order completely mixed up with wrong sides on wrong orders. Told to change between ourselves. x1 staff member trying to do everything including room service, other front of house staff member making coffee. Would recommend for accommodation, would probably seek breakfast elsewhere.
