Negative: I had problems with the TV, air conditioning, stove, and dishwasher. But overall, some of them were fixed, and I figured out the rest myself. It's a shame they didn't tell me about my forgotten things.

Negative: Slight slip ups from host with requirements: only 4 towels provided despite booking for 5 people. Smart TV wasn't initially connected.
