Summary: We stayed at EOS for one night. On arrival, the valet parking service was very helpful and made check-in easy. The lobby isn’t very spacious, but it was clean and welcoming. The hallway leading to our room had an unpleasant smell, even though it seemed air freshener had been sprayed. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well presented. The location was excellent for exploring the Illuminate Adelaide event, with many attractions within easy walking distance. Breakfast the next morning was enjoyable, with a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, we had a comfortable stay. Thank you.

Summary: This property was deceptively marketed as a full fledged luxury hotel. It is actually a hotel built as an attachment to a casino, with various facilities hidden in and around the casino and not easy to access. Particularly disappointing were the lack of food outlets in the hotel and the lack of a swimming pool - the hotel was said to have a full fitness facility and pool, but all it had was a small dipping pool too small to swim in. The room was large and nicely laid out. It’s too bad the facilities were not of the same standard.
