Positive: The property is in a beautiful, rural location but with a great pub and cafe (plus a baguette machine!) just around the corner. We were able to really wind down in such a peaceful setting with fabulous views both day and night (fields all around by day and by (clear) night, able to see the Milky Way as there's very little light pollution). Our two teenagers loved hanging out in the private, heated pool and we enjoyed sitting under one of the three gazeboes' in the evening, lit with fairy lights, listening to music provided by the supplied Alexa. Eddie & Joan are wonderful, friendly hosts, providing two bottles of wine and some other tasty essentials upon our arrival. We couldn't have asked for lovier people to host and we would love to return again to play boule in the garden, visit more markets and see if the chickens have laid any eggs for us! This has got to be one of, if not the best family holiday we've ever had so thank-you!

Negative: Nothing - it was all perfect (including the weather!).

Summary: The most wonderful family holiday - a superb place to relax and get away from it all.
