Positive: Beautiful, very clean apartment with a lovely deck/balcony overlooking the harbor with hammocks and a table and chairs. Everything that one could need to cook, to sleep or to hang out is available at this great apartment. The owner and her husband were flexible and very generous, allowing us to stay a bit longer in the morning. Her husband, Miguel was so kind to drive us down the hill to the port, even though we could have walked with suitcases. They are very nice people And we would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend this apartment.

Negative: There was nothing that we did not like about the property.

Summary: An excellent lovely apartment overlooking the harbor.

Positive: The apartment was spacious and in a great location for my visit to the cruise terminal. The price was very reasonable. Emmy, the host, was amazing.

Negative: The property is in a great location but not the most beautiful. The container port is in your view along with the cruise terminal. The surrounding housing isn't as nice as this property.

Positive: Great view. I loved sitting on the massive porch and enjoying the nice breeze. Kitchen was well equipped and property was extremely clean. Very spacious and welcoming. Lovely hosts and neighbors as well.

Negative: I wish the property was equipped with a TV. There was no TV in living room or in bedrooms. I also didn't like to park on a different level from apartment and walk up the hill since I was also carrying a baby. Parking closer to entry would have been nice.

Positive: Very spacious and clean! Loved the outdoor seating and 2 hammocks to enjoy the constant breeze. Very well equipped kitchen and comfy bed. It was interesting to see the cruise ships at the port from our terrace. Location was good in that we walked to an excellent dinner at Chesterfields and the next morning walked to the port to catch the ferry to St Barths. The host was very helpful with directions as our taxi driver had a little trouble finding the apartment. Overall an excellent choice and great value for our brief stay in Philipsburg!
