Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Am brand new build that is functional, spacious and clean with good attention to detail. You can tell the owners have taken every care to make things slick, clean, aesthetic and yet also practical. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable, and there were very efficient motorised black out blinds. The bathrooms were spacious with space to leave a wash bag etc. the sofa was very comfortable, they had even put side lights here and there’s so despite being modern and airy it was also cosy in the evening. We have three kids and they loved it. The kitchen was pretty well equipped and open plan to the living area which was really nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Negative: Finding it was hard probably because it is a new build and not recognised by the TomTom. The owner was very quick to reply to my queries and suggested Waze instead. It still didn’t send me to the right place so arrival instructions or a heads up would have been helpful but not a dealbreaker. I find all short stay places have non-stick pans (highly toxic) instead of stainless steel which I personally a no-no. I also don’t like room fragrances as they are toxic. They smelled very strong. Even the towels were heavily fragranced.

Summary: Will be back!
