Positive: We booked the apartment on the 3rd floor with private balcony. It is a big and comfortable apartment for two people. Fully equipped kitchen. The balcony and the terrace above are really enjoyable. There is air conditioning both in the leaving room and the bedroom. Located in the heart of le panier but you have to be comfortable with stairs as there are many in the streets around the neighborhood and also there is no elevator.

Negative: There was no WiFi at all! We contacted the owners since day one and we received an answer on day three , with the same code details as we already had and of course neither the problem was solved nor we got other instructions or solution. There is a really bad smell in the stairs but not inside the apartment.

Negative: No WiFi even though the listing said we had WiFi. No response from manager both times I asked about it.

Summary: Great location, ac, need to alert them when you are arriving or you won’t get check in instructions, no wifi.

Positive: Location is good, it's in the middle of Le Panier. Close to the Cathedrale de la Major and Mucem. Half an hour away from St-Charles. Only preferable for its location.

Negative: The owner kept me waiting and didn't give the entrance code of the apartment until the last hour, I’m still furious! So, I had to check my messages all the time until check-in. Also no wifi at all, none! There was a bad smell and dampness in the entire building. The room was too small, I could barely move in the WC and I'm only 53 kgs :) There was a tiny window. The so-called kitchen stuff wasn't clean, the mugs had stains, some disgusting black dirt in the kettle, and the coffee machine didn't work! There was a restaurant downstairs, noisy in the evenings.

Summary: Not a pleasant stay
