Summary: The apartment is in an excellent location in the Old Port area with easy access to public transportation. It was a good base for exploring Marseille. Bring a car is not recommended as parking is limited and very competitive.

Summary: We are a family of 5 with teenagers and we enjoyed staying in this large apartment situated on the first floor of a good building. Very good location close to the old port and the MUCEM. There is a beautiful view from the balcony to the cathedral Notre Dame de la Garde. There are restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries close by. There is everything needed if you want to cook, wash your clothes, and beds are comfortable. There is parking in the street if you have a car. We did not have trouble finding a spot either during the week or weekend. Despite the heat in Marseille during our stay, we enjoyed very much staying in this apartment with enough fans for every room. Ms. and Mr. Maurin were very helpful and gave us some recommendations. Summary: Overall, the property was better than expected. It is a modern, large apartment with an incredible view of the area. Located very near most of the biggest attractions in Marseille. We weren’t sure about the area as we walked up to the location initially, but were very happy when we got into the apartment and began exploring. The Maurin’s are gracious hosts with a wonderful property. Highly recommended!
